We sold 547 head of cattle at our October 10, 2024 sale. I’d call the calves pretty much steady as well as the feeders. Lots of calves that are 4 and 5 weights. Just don’t see very many 6wt. calves yet. The calf consignments kind of ranged between $1,300 to $1,550 per head average depending on weight and kind. Cows and bulls were also steady. Goes without saying that some moisture would be very welcome and beneficial.
